In an emergency how do I activate my CellAED®?

SNAP - Snap the  CellAED®  to activate it.

PEEL - The user must peel the protective liner from the electrode gel pads.

STICK - The user places the electrode gel pads firmly on the patient.

Once the CellAED®  has been snapped apart into two parts along the perforated mark the audio (voice) prompts are activate to guide the user.

Will I need to charge my CellAED®? No. Your CellAED® comes with a non-rechargeable battery and will arrive pre-charged.
When will my CellAED® expire? CellAED®️ have a product expiry of 2-years. You can find the expiry date printed on the back of your CellAED®️ protective case.
Will I need to connect my CellAED® to a cellular network?

You do not need to connect your CellAED® to a cellular network this is included when delivered.

If cellular coverage is available, your CellAED®️ will automatically connect to the network for monthly device status updates.

Please note if you are out of Cellular Coverage your CellAED®️  will continue to function as a life saving medical device.

Will I need replacement parts or servicing for my CellAED®?  No. CellAED® is a fully integrated product designed to work without needing to worry about replacing parts like battery or gel pads.

Can I buy  CellAED® if I live outside NZ?

CellAED® is currently approved for use in countries within the UK, European Economic Area, Australia and New Zealand.

What should I do when I receive my  CellAED®?

Remove you  CellAED® from its carboard packaging ONLY.  Keep the red seal around the protective case in-tact, This protects the  CellAED® from environmental factors.  Check that the LED indicator light is flashing green periodically.    

After I use my CellAED® in an emergency how do I deactivate it? Once removed from the chest, placing the two pads together deactivates the  CellAED®
